By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Services We provide professional home organizing, decluttering, unpacking, and related services. Each session requires a minimum booking of six (6) hours unless otherwise agreed in writing. Booking & Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable booking fee may apply. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. If we arrive and are unable to access the property, the session will be considered a cancellation. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include [insert payment types: credit card, debit card, electronic transfer, etc.]. Fees for additional services or extended hours will be billed separately. Confidentiality We respect your privacy. All client information, project details, and household contents remain strictly confidential. Client Responsibilities Ensure safe access to the property and working conditions. Inform us of any health, safety, or property concerns prior to the session. Be present or designate a representative during the scheduled session unless otherwise arranged. Liability While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for accidental loss, damage, or disposal of items during the organizing process. Clients are responsible for final decisions regarding what is kept, donated, or discarded. Third-Party Services If requested, we may recommend third-party services (e.g., movers, donation centers). We are not responsible for their actions or outcomes. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Seattle Home Organizing Wiz and may not be copied or used without permission. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Washington state law.
