Scope of Services
SHOW provides customized home organizing, relocation assistance, and household management services designed to declutter, optimize space, and create sustainable systems tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Rates & Booking
- Hourly Rate: $100 per hour
- Minimum Session: 6 hours (per booking)
- Booking Fee: $100 non-refundable, required to reserve an appointment; applied toward the total session cost
- Balance Due: Remaining balance is due at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged in writing
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once within 30 days without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the $100 booking fee.
- No-shows are billed for the full 6-hour minimum.
Client Responsibilities
Clients maintain final decision-making authority regarding items to keep, donate, or discard. SHOW may make recommendations but is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from these decisions.
Liability
SHOW exercises reasonable care during all services. SHOW is not responsible for accidental loss, damage, or breakage of personal property. Clients should identify fragile, high-value, or sentimental items in advance.
Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Client names, photos, or project details will not be shared without written consent.
Photos & Media
Before-and-after photos may be taken for internal reference. Written permission will be obtained before using any images for marketing or portfolio purposes.
Changes to These Terms
SHOW may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting on this page. Continued booking or use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
